We aim to process and ship all orders placed before midday (12:00 PM) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) on the same day.
Orders placed after midday or on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next working day.
2. Shipping Method
Our standard shipping method is next day delivery, where possible. However, this service level is dependent on the courier and may vary.
We work with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you promptly, but we cannot guarantee next day delivery in all circumstances, especially during peak times or due to unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be applied during the checkout process.
4. Delivery Times
While we aim to offer next day delivery, please note that delivery times are subject to the courier's service level. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are made during working hours, Monday to Friday. Couriers may also deliver on Saturdays in some areas, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to track your order’s progress directly through the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you have specific delivery requirements or need delivery outside the UK, please contact us at info@myhottubshop.co.uk before placing your order.
7. Failed Deliveries and Re-delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier to arrange a new delivery time.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the courier, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
